How to make sprouts using sprout maker:

• Step 1: Soak the Pulses/Legumes overnight or as per their usual soaking hours.
• Step 2 : Soak the sprouter for 10 mins before use.
• Step 3: Rinse the legumes in freshwater and strain it.
• Step 4: Spread the legumes on the upper deck (with holes) and close the lid. (Any excess water will drain through the holes from upper deck to the lower deck.)
• Step 5: Sprouted legumes will be ready between 1 - 3 days.
• Step 6: Taste the sprouts with fresh salads or cook it and add it to your curries.

Note: Legumes/ pulses will sprout depending upon the climatic condition. If it takes longer hours in your region, rinse the pulses in fresh running water or sprinkle some water after 10 hours, and place it back in the same way. This will aid the sprouting process

How to use sprout maker for microgreens growing:

• Step 1: Soak the seeds, grains or millet for over 6 - 12 hours.
• Step 2: In the sprout maker sprout container bowl, the one with holes, spread soil or soil substitute like cocopeat and wet it. 
• Step 3: Place the container bowl over the collector bowl, where excess water drained from the soil will be collected.
• Step 4:  Then sprinkle the soaked grains or seeds all over the soil. No need to use the lid. Instead place the sprouting out where limited sunlight will be available.
• Step 5: Spray water once in a day or two and see the seeds grow into mini plants in 7 to 10 days.
• Step 6: Once the microgreens are ready, harvest it by just cutting above the soil level. Wash thoroughly and microgreens are ready to decorate your salad, sandwich any dish of your choice.

Cleaning instructions:

•  Before the first use, soak the product in water for 24hrs.
•  For regular usage, clean with normal water & sponge. No harsh chemical washing products or hard scrubbers should be used.
•  Use rock salt and scrub pad & soak in hot water for half an hour, to clean stubborn stains.
