Steps to Grow Microgreens
It does not matter if you are a beginner or an expert looking to grow microgreens;
The below steps will help you to fresh and nutritious microgreens.
Steps
- Spread our cocopeat in the clay tray uniformly within the tray to allow for proper growth
- Firmly spead the cocopeat in the tray, so it's flat ane even.
- Spray water over the flat surface
- Now its time to add your microgreen seeds to the cocopeat
- Start sprinkling the seeds as evenly as possible across the surface of the container
- Once you spread the seeds, use your finger to spread out the clumps of the seeds to the areas with fewer seeds.
- Now its time to watering the seeds
- Water the seeds from time to time by sprinkly water by hand
- After couple of days, you will start seeing the sprouts and water the seeds morning and evening
- Since we are using clay container, moisture will be retained by clay container. So, kindly avoid over watering which will spoil the seeds
- Once the leaves are about 2-3 inches long, it is time to harvest them. Your microgreens will be ready to eat.
Cleaning instructions:
- For regular usage, clean with hot water & brush. No chemical washing products are required.
