How to Cook?

• Prepare the Mix: Take the required amount of Thooyamalli Murukku Mix and add water (as per the instructions on the pack) to form a dough. 
• Pro Tip: Before adding water to the mix, add 1-2 tbsp of hot oil to the flour and mix well with a spatula.
• Shape the Murukku: Using the dough, shape the Murukku using a Murukku press or hands, forming the signature spiral shape or any other shape. 
• Fry the Murukku: Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot, gently fry the shaped Murukku made from Thooyamalli rice murukku mix for a crispy crunchy snack until golden brown and crispy.
• Serve & Enjoy: Let the Murukku cool down completely and enjoy it as a festive snack or with your favorite tea.
