1) Instant Side Dish: Mix required quantity of your favourite flavor idli powder with wood cold press coconut oil or sesame oil and make into a paste. Instant, tasty and spicy side dish for idli or dosa is ready.
2) Podi Dosa: Sprinkle lavish amount of idli powder, along with chopped onions and veggies over the dosa batter spread on the pan and make yummy podi dosa.
3) Podi Idli: Heat 2 tea spoons of wood cold pressed sesame oil or groundnut oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and white urad dhal. Add 1 spoon of channa dhal, 1 red chilli, curry leaves and chopped onions. Suate and then add diced precooked idlies and give a stir. Sprinkle 2-3 spoons of idli powder, mix well and serve hot.
4) Mixed Rice: In hot boiled rice add a spoon of ulamart A2 cow ghee or Sesame oil and mix 2 spoons of idli powder. Serve hot and Enjoy the heavenly taste.
1) Can I Intake Idli podi / Chutney Powder Daily?
Yes! It is a completely home made product. There are no artificial or harmful ingredients. You can consume moderate quantity of idli powder daily. You can taste 5 different flavours daily by choosing our super saver idli powder combo.
2) Do I need to cook this?
It is not necessary to cook. You can directly consume by mixing with any wood pressed oils or ghee enriching taste.
